摘　　要：在图书馆的服务中，参考咨询服务被称为图书馆的“心脏”。参考咨询过程包含了知识获取、知识创新和知识传播等知识活动，这些活动其实就是知识的“发酵”过程。本文把知识发酵的概念引入参考咨询工作的研究之中，从知识发酵系统及其发酵机理来探讨参考咨询工作，以及提高参考咨询服务水平的措施。参考文献4。In library service, reference and consultation service is known as the ＂heart of the library. Reference and consultation process consists of knowledge acquisition, knowledge innovation and knowledge dissemination, which are in fact the process of knowledge fermentation. This paper introduced the concept of knowledge fermentation to explore reference and consultation work, from the point of knowledge fermentation system and its fermentation mechanism, as well as to improve the level of reference and consultation service. 4 Refs.
