温州区域经济开放:模式与现状分析

摘　　要：区域经济开放对一个地区的经济发展有着极其重要的作用。从理论综述入手,阐述区域经济开放的相关研究成果,从贸易流动、资本流动和劳动力流动三个方面来概括区域经济开放,并借此理论框架来剖析温州经济社会发展的历史和现状,认为温州的区域经济开放实际上走了一条先区际化而后国际化的路径。针对现阶段温州区域经济开放中存在的问题,要明确在外温州人的定位,加强在外温州人的工作;改善投资环境,创造更好的开放条件。The opening up of regional economy plays an important role for the region＇s economic development. This paper starts from the theoretical review, describes the relevant research of opening up theory of regional economy with three specific forms of trade flows, labor mobility and capital flows, then analyzes the history and current situation of Wenzhou＇s economic ＆ social development from the new perspective of open economy. The regional economic opening of Wenzhou actually took a first inter- district opening and then an inter-country opening path. In view of the present problems of Wenzhou regional economic opening, this paper offers the proposals such as making clear the outer Wenzhou people＇s orientation and strengthening their work, improving the investment environment to create better conditions of opening.
