摘　　要：针对中国住房政策研究领域里术语既多且杂的情况,提出规范术语的建议,使之具有单名单义性、顾名思义性,并方便学术交流。通过文献回顾和比较法对住房保障和住房援助进行词义辨析和梳理分类。Some terms in the field of housing policy are confusing in China. This paper seeks to sort out these terms and formulates the standards. Based on comparative analysis and historical review for ＂housing guarantee＂ and ＂housing assistance＂, we found that ＂housing assistance＂ is a suitable terminology to express activities or systems contributing to the fulfillment of housing, while ＂housing guarantee＂ generally refers to housing assistance programs for low-income residents and vulnerable groups. Relative to the term of ＂housing guarantee＂, ＂housing assistance＂ is more extensive and flexible, its recipients and approaches are pluralistic.
