我国儿童电视新闻节目的重要性和持续发展

摘　　要：很多关于儿童电视新闻节目的研究都偏重于如何制作儿童新闻节目等内部研究,该文与众多的研究者不同,选择了对我国儿童电视新闻节目发展更有决定意义的外部研究视角。首先分析指出了儿童电视新闻节目与其他儿童电视、普通新闻节目存在的区别,从儿童电视新闻自身的特点和客观的外部发展环境角度论证了儿童电视新闻节目天然的脆弱性;然后从儿童新闻自身独特的价值和我国儿童电视应有的品质和努力目标出发,论证了支持儿童电视新闻类节目发展的重要性和必要性;最后提出了国家应加大对少儿电视新闻类节目的投入,应建立保障儿童电视新闻类节目良性运作的有效机制,以及保证儿童电视新闻人才稳定发展的政策性规定等解决办法。Many articles about children＇s TV news show always focus on how to make better programmes, but this paper chooses a difference point of view. The author focuses on what policy is better for supporting the develop- ment of the Chinese children TV news. Firstly, the paper analyses the key difference between children＇s TV news show and other children programmes and other TV news show. According to the special values of children＇s TV news show and its cruel survivable surroundings, the paper points out that children TV show is a real fragile type children programme. But it is really very important and China＇s children TV should have more honourable goal, so we should support the children＇s TV news show and this is a very important and necessary duty. At last, the paper gives three key suggestions：persistent funds, effectual framework and persistent policies for children＇s TV news show.
