地方治理视域下的民族区域自治政府绩效评价

摘　　要：治理理论及其所倡导的地方治理过程中治理主体的多元与治理的多向度使地方政府绩效评估多了一种全新并极有价值的研究视角与分析路径。运用地方治理理论,将民族区域自治政府内部绩效评价与外部绩效评价相结合,初步构建民族自治地方以第三方为主体的政府绩效评价分析体系,对于最终实现我国民族地方的治理乃至善治具有重要意义。Governance theory and multi-governance body and multi-direction way in the process of governance, make it have more research perspective and analysis approach in the local government per- formance assessment process. The paper discussed the value, significance and impact of the national au- tonomous local government performance evaluation of Governance theory for ethnic autonomous regions. Moreover, the text initially build a government of ethnic autonomous areas to a third party as the main performance evaluation and analysis system.
