摘 要:柳河闹德海水库于1942年建成,在1965年、1970年扩建和改建后,总库容为2.28亿m3。库区地形陡峭、河谷窄深,回水末端修建的拦沙堰阻止了泥沙淤积上延。水库建成70 a来,通过滞洪排沙、调水调沙运用,在减轻柳河下游洪水灾害的同时,仍保有1.3亿m3有效库容,库容淤损率之低在多沙河流上的水库中尚属罕见。在流域水利水土保持措施有效减少入库泥沙的同时,其调水调沙运用方式对多沙河流水库具有重大参考价值。Naodehai Reservoir of the Liuhe River was built in 1942, extended in 1965 and rebuilt in 1970. The total storage capacity of it was 228 million cubic meters then. The terrain of the reservoir area was steep and the valley was narrow and deep. Sediment detention weir which was built in the terminal of backwater could prevent sediment deposition. During the 70 years since the reservoir was built, it reduced flood disasters of the Liuhe River downstream with the help of flood detention sediment discharging and water and sediment regulation. Still, the capacity of reservoir was 130 million cubic meters. Such a low siltation-loss-rate of capacity was rare among the reservoirs of sediment-laden rivers. Soil and water conservation measures effectively could reduce sediment storage. Meanwhile, the water and sediment regulation of Naodehai Reservoir led a significant reference value to reservoirs of sediment-laden rivers.
