摘 要:黄河汛期的洪水泥沙是造成水库及河道淤积的最主要原因,如何合理处置高含沙洪水是汛期水沙调控亟待解决的问题。分析了2010年8月黄河强降雨洪水的实际水沙调度过程及结果,并通过数学模型计算验证对比了"规则调度"与实际调度效果的不同。结果表明:在"2010.08"洪水以及同类的"上大高含沙洪水"的调度中,要根据水沙来源和分布确定调度原则和侧重点。同时,塑造更充分的冲刷性异重流和形成下游河道的冲刷过程,需要利用中游水库群进行水沙过程对接。在保障防洪安全的前提下,合理突破常规水库调度方式,能优化水库、河道减淤的效果。The major cause of reservoir and watercourse sedimentation in the Yellow River is sediment in flood period, so how to deal with the hyper concentration flood appropriately is a problem that needs to be resolved. The paper analyzed the water-sediment regulation which caused by torrential rains in different time-space of middle stream of the Yellow River in August 2010. It also compared the results of the "regulations regulation" and the actual regulation that calculated by the mathematical model. It shows that the principle of regulation should follow the source and distribu- tion of water-sediment. What' s more, to actualize the purpose of density current and the course of scouring the lower reaches, it is necessary to dovetail the water-sediment flow in reservoir group on the middle reaches of the Yellow River. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of flood control, unconventional reservoir regulation can optimize the effect of reservoir and watercourse sedimentation reduction.
