模糊物元模型在陡河水库洪水调度中的应用

摘　　要：对水库防洪调度方案评价中需要考虑的问题进行了分析,建立了评价指标体系,利用协商定权以及主客观定权方法确定评价指标的权重,借助模糊物元模型对备选方案进行综合评价。结果表明:该方法充分考虑了评价的模糊性和不相容性,能够全面地对方案进行决策,在陡河水库洪水调度中取得了较好的效果。The evaluation index system was established by analysis of flood control scheme evaluation of reservoir in this paper. The weight of evaluation index was determined by using bargaining weight, subjective weight and objective weight. The comprehensive evaluation was implemented for alternative scheme by fuzzy matter-element model. The results show that the method proposes fully considerable fuzziness and incompatibility, can supply decision-making for schemes and obtain better effect in Douhe Reservoir flood regulation.
