摘  要:针对市场上购买的硫酰氯溶液、电解质四氯铝锂杂质和水分含量大,导致放电性能与期望值差距较大,对其制备工艺提出了改进方法。该方法将硫酰氯溶液蒸馏提纯,LiAlCl4高温处理后,硫酰氯原溶液中加入1.5mol/L LiAlCl4,纳米催化剂金属钯用量为0.5%LiAlCl4时,电解液放电性能最佳。将新、原工艺制备的电解液装配成储备式锂电池分别进行高、低、常温放电试验,结果表明:放电电压、放电容量、激活时间等指标新工艺优于原工艺,改善了锂-硫酰氯电池的整体放电性能。Sulfuryl chloride solution and electrolyte tetrachlorodibenzo aluminum lithium bought from the markets are of high content of moisture and impurities.As a result,its discharge performance is lower than expected.A method on improving the preparation process was introduce in this paper.Firstly,the sulfuryl chloride solution was distilled,then 1.5 mol/L LiAlCl4 was put into it after LiAlCl4 had been heated in high temperature.Eelectrolyte had the best discharge performance when the amount of nano-catalyst metal palladium was about 0.5% of LiAlCl4 amount.Discharge tests had been done in high,low and normal temperature.The results showed that,in contrast to lithium batteries assembled with traditional electrolyte,batteries with the new electrolyte had higher performance in discharge voltage,discharge capacity and activation time.The discharge performance of lithium sulfuryl chloride batteries was improved.
