摘 要:采用"SCL-90症状量表"和"团队凝聚力问卷"的测试结果来研究拓展训练对高职高专学生心理健康的影响。结果显示:实验班实验后在躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑症状、恐怖症状和偏执症状5个因子上有显著性差异,心理健康状况得到改善,在"团队凝聚力问卷"中5个因子都存在显著性差异,学生团队凝聚力有较大提高;对照班实验后在"SCL-90症状自评量表"中9个因子方面均没有显著性差异,团队凝聚力5个因子中只有团队信任、团队情感两个方面存在显著性差异。实验证明:拓展训练对促进高职院校学生心理健康和提高团队凝聚力有显著的作用;为促进高职院校学生心理健康的研究提供了研究模式和依据;拓展和丰富了高职院校体育教学内容。Taking SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale and test result of group cohesiveness questionnaire to study outward development affecting for higher vocational college students. The post-experiment results of survey for experimental class students show that there are significant difference on five factors which are somatization, interpersonal relationship sensitive, anxiety symptom, terror symptoms, and bigotry, and it also reveal improvement in mental health, as well as five factors of group cohesiveness in questionnaire present big difference and great improvement in these. Nine factors in SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale have no significant difference in post-experiment of experimental class. Only group reliance and emotion of five factors in group cohesiveness show significant difference. Experimental results show outward devel- opment plays an increasingly important role in promoting metal heath and improving group cohesiveness for higher vocational college students, which also provides research pattern and basis to study promotins metal health of these students, as well as expanding and enriching PE teaching content.
