摘 要:华北ND潜山构造中深部地层可钻性差、研磨性强,严重影响勘探开发进度。为探索提高该层段机械钻速途径,在沙河街组采用气体钻井,展示了气体钻井提速的巨大潜力。但气体钻进过程中井壁失稳问题一定程度上限制了气体钻井有效应用,成为提速的瓶颈。针对沙河街组复杂岩性分布以及地层流体产出,结合工程地质特征及实验分析开展沙河街组气体钻井井壁稳定性研究,充分发挥气体钻井优势,为进一步论证沙河街组地层气体钻井可行性提供理论基础,具有重要的指导意义。The strong grinding and consequently poor drillability in Huabei buriedhill structure has greatly in fluenced exploration of this area. The first gas drilling is applied in Shahejie formation for searching the methods to accelerate ROP, which has revealed the huge potential of gas drilling. However, the wellbore instability during gas drilling process has limited the use of gas drilling in some way, which become neckbottle of acceleration. As for complex lithology distribution and formation fluid output, gas drilling wellbore stability with engineeringgeology character and experimental analysis in order to take advantages of gas drilling is studied, which are crucial instruc tion meaning for providing feasibility of gas drilling with theoretical base.
