摘　　要：针对冀东油田水平井的特点,分析了水平井打捞管柱受力情况和打捞工具的选择原则,研究了水平井专用配套解卡打捞工具,并对捞矛、井下液压增力器、检测工具和磨套铣工具进行了改进,实现了水平段打捞工具正常工作(打捞、可退)和解卡力的有效传递。总结出水平井打捞必须遵循的原则,通过实践与探索,较好地解决了冀东油田水平井解卡打捞技术难题,现场应用取得了显著效果。In order to adapt the necessary during development, and on the base of technical charac- teristic of horizontal wells in Jidong Oilfield, the stress condition of fishing string and selective rules of fishing tool were mainly presented. The special fishing tools of horizontal wells were de-veloped one after another. And at the same time, some special fishing tools, such as trip spear, subsurface hydraulic power equipment, checking tools and the tools of drilling and milling were developed and applied. Normal operation （fishing and trip） of fishing tool and effective transmis-sion of releasing force was realized. The fishing rules of horizontal wells were concluded. Some years later,the difficulty of the unfreezing and fishing technology for horizontal wells in Jidong Oilfield was resolved,and the technology was applied successfully on site.
