摘 要:以环己基苯和氧气为原料,经氧化反应合成了环己酮和苯酚;考察了催化剂和溶剂种类对反应的影响,并对反应条件进行了优化;分别用气相色谱仪和气质联用仪对产物进行定量和定性分析。实验结果表明,对于该反应,N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺是较好的催化剂,乙腈是合适的溶剂;优化的反应条件为:氧压1.1 MPa,75℃下反应3 h。在此条件下,环己基苯的转化率为40.2%,环己酮和苯酚的选择性分别为95.6%和98.4%。催化剂和溶剂可循环使用。过高的反应温度和氧压会导致副反应的发生,副产物主要为1-苯基环己醇、苯戊酮和苯己酮。Cyclohexanone and phenol were prepared by the catalytic oxidation of cyclohexylbenzene(CHB) and oxygen. The effects of catalysts and solvents on the reaction were investigated, and the reaction conditions were optimized. The reactive products were analyzed by GC and GC-MS. Under the optimal reaction conditions: N-hydroxyl phthalimide(NHPI) as the catalyst, acetonitrile as the solvent, 75 ℃, p(02) 1.1 MPa and 3 h, the conversion of CHB and the selectivities to cyclohexanone and phenol are 40.2%, 95.6% and 98.4%, respectively. NHPI and acetonitrile can be reused easily. Too high reaction temperature and oxygen pressure can lead to side reactions and the main byproducts are 1-phenyl cyclohexanol, phenyl pentanone and phenyl hexanone.
