摘 要:采用以FF系列加氢裂化预处理催化剂和FC-32灵活型加氢裂化催化剂为核心的新一代灵活生产化工原料和中间馏分油的加氢裂化技术(简称FHC技术),在相近工艺条件下,重石脑油的芳潜可提高1.0~3.0百分点,加氢裂化尾油的芳烃关联指数(BMCI)值可降低1.0~2.0,链烷烃质量分数可提高3.0百分点以上。该技术已在国内多套加氢裂化装置上进行了应用,获得了良好的效果。应用结果表明,该技术具有加氢性能好、开环能力强、裂化活性适宜、目的产品选择性高、液体产品收率高、气体收率低和产品质量优等特点,能有效转化原料油中的大分子烃类,在各种不同工艺条件下,处理不同类型原料油,均可生产高芳潜重石脑油、优质超低硫清洁柴油以及BMCI值低和链烷烃含量高的蒸汽裂解制乙烯的尾油原料,加氢裂化产品质量得到明显改善,很好地满足了不同企业实际生产的需要。A new FHC hydrocracking technology based on FF pre-hydrotreating catalysts and FC- 32 flexible hydrocracking catalyst for flexibly producing chemical raw materials and intermediate distillates was developed. Using FHC technology, the potential aromatics in the heavy naphtha and the paraffin content in the tail oil can increase 1.0-3.0 percentage points and more than 3.0 percentage points respectively, and BMCI value of the tail oil can decrease by 1.0-2.0, compared with using previous technology under same operation conditions. The technology possesses good hydrogenation performance, high ring-opening ability, proper cracking activity, high selectivity to target products, high liquid yield and low gas yield. By using FHC technology, large molecular hydrocarbons in feed could be converted effectively. Under different process conditions with different feedstocks, the quality of the hydrocracking products could be largely improved. The hydrocracking products mainly include heavy naphtha with high potential aromatics, clean diesel with very low sulfur content, and tail oil with low BMCI value and high paraffin content, which can be used as feedstock for producing ethylene through steam cracking.
