高校教风与学风量表编制的探索

摘　　要：梳理教风和学风测量已有的研究成果,结合现场调查结果和研讨,形成了教风和学风测量初步量表。教风初步量表包括教师职业道德、教学态度、教学水平、教学方法、教师知识水平和教师学术科研能力六个维度;学风初步量表包括学习目的、学习态度、学习兴趣、学习纪律、学习方法和学习效果六个维度。采用便利抽样,将教风和学风初步量表施测于X高校的本科生,运用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据处理,对教风和学风各变量进行因子分析和信度分析,结果表明,教风和学风最终量表的结构效度较好,内部一致性信度较高。Based on extensive surveys and literature, this paper develops two preliminary scales to measure the teaching and learning atmosphere of universities respectively. The preliminary scale for teaching atmosphere includes six variables such as teachers＇ professional morality, teaching attitude, teaching level, teaching methods, teachers＇ knowledge level and researching ability, and the one for learning atmosphere covers six others such as learning purposes, attitude, interest, discipline, methods and effect. Through convenience sampling, the authors issue 144 questionnaires in X university, and uses SPSS16.0 statistical software for data processing. After the analysis of the data about each variable of teaching and learning atmosphere by means of exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis respectively, the results show that the structure validity and internal consistency reliability of ultimate scale are high.
