摘　　要：文章灵活运用DH48 S-S数显时间继电器,设计了一台汽车继电器综合试验台。该试验台可以完成对各种汽车继电器参数尤其是满负荷状态下的继电器寿命测量。由于采用DH48 S-S数显时间继电器对试验台进行控制,可以完成试验台长时间工作状态下的安全防护及测量时模拟单刀双掷开关的作用。经过近5年的实践表明,该试验台能充分满足生产的各项技术要求,具有使用方便、面板直观、维修方便的特点。DH48S -S digital display time relay was used in general automobile relay test stand. With it, vari- ous parameters of the relay, especially the lifetime of a full - load relay, could be measured. Besides, safety pro- tection of the stand under long time working condition could be fulfilled. It could also simulate the function of a simple - pole double - throw switch. With it, the general test stand for automobile relay can meet all the technologi- cal requirements. It is easy to use and repair with visual panel.
