摘　　要：介绍了古城水电站施工支洞的布置、设计、设计变更、实际地质条件与支护形式、施工进度,并提出施工洞的断面尺寸应尽量结合实际施工设备进行拟定、施工支洞洞门与洞口衬砌段宜分开设计、施工支洞与主洞轴线宜垂直相交等建议。The layout, design, design variation, actual geological conditions, supporting types and construction progress of construction adit of Gucheng Hydropower Station are introduced, providing design reference for similar project. The suggestions that size of transverse plane of construction hole should be combined with actual construction equipment, tunnel portal and portal lining segment should be designed separately and construction adit and main tunnel axis should be vertically intersected, are presented.
