白纹伊蚊对登革热病毒易感性研究

摘　　要：白纹伊蚊（Aedes albopictus）是登革热的主要传播媒介之一，分布于世界各地。白纹伊蚊的易感性主要涉及白纹伊蚊和登革病毒之间的相互作用。该文主要从遗传效应和环境因子方面对白纹伊蚊种群遗传、生理遗传、环境因素对虫媒病毒传播的影响及控制易感性的基因等研究进行综述。Aedes albopictus is one of primary vectors of dengue fever worldwide. Current research is discussing how genetic and environmental factors jointly affect susceptibility of Aedes albopictus to dengue virus. In this paper it is reviewed as follows： population genetics and physiological genetics of Aedes albopictus, environmental factors affecting transmission of arboviruses, gene for dengue virus vector competence in Aedes albopictus.
