摘 要:目的明确上海市全年气传花粉的种类和数量及其分布特征。方法应用重力沉降法对上海市中心城区2009年11月至2010年10月间的气传花粉进行监测。结果全年共监测到2个花粉含量高峰,分别为3-5月和9-10月。全年气传花粉分布有明显的种属差异,树木类花粉占全部花粉计数的65.55%,莠草类及禾本科花粉占全部花粉计数的27.74%。春季以树木类花粉为主,主要为构属(45.64%)、悬铃木属(6.06%)和松科(7.86%);而秋季以莠草类及禾本科花粉为主,主要为葎草属(59.01%)、禾本科(18.45%)和蒿属(5.32%)。结论上海市中心城区气传花粉的分布呈现2个高峰;构属花粉和葎草属花粉分别是上海市中心城区春、秋两季最主要的气传花粉。这为花粉预报、确定主要致敏花粉奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the species, amount, and seasonal distribution of annual airborne pollens Shanghai downtown area. Methods Airborne pollen monitoring was performed by Gravitational method in in downtown area of Shanghai since November 2009 to October 2010. Results There were two pollen seasons in Shanghai downtown area. Peak value of mensal pollen count was seen in March to May, which was followed by in September to October. Airborne pollen species significantly differed in different seasons. The major airborne pollens were tree pollens such as Broussonetia (45.64%), Platanus (6.06%) and Pinaceae (7.86%) pollen in spring, accounting for as much as 65.55% of total annual pollen count, and weed or Gramineae pollens such as Humulus ( 59.01% ), Gramineae ( 18.45% ) and Artemisia ( 5.32% ) in autumn, accounting for as much as 27.74% respectively. Conclusions There were two pollen seasons in Shanghai downtown area. Broussonetia and Humulus pollen were the major airborne pollen in spring and autumn respectively. These data form could form the basis of pollen forecast and major allergenic pollen identification.
