摘  要:针对目前云制造平台中资源数据采集、制造服务化接入、服务柔性组合、制造服务综合效用评估和优化配置以及服务应用过程中忽略了能耗重要性等问题,提出了基于物联网的云制造资源服务能耗综合评估框架和云制造服务能耗计算模型,建立了制造服务负载、空载、附加能耗条件下的各类能源消耗计算矩阵,给出了制造服务综合能耗计算方法,并分析了能耗评估框架内各个层次所涉及的关键技术。以制造资源为例,给出了制造资源概念模型,通过物理标志语言描述了资源能耗信息,举例说明了某种制造服务单位综合能耗的计算,并初步设计了一种云制造资源接入与信息管理系统。The problems such as energy consumption in the process of service data collection, manufacturing service access, service flexible combination, manufacturing service comprehensive evaluation and service application were ignored. Aiming at these problems, the energy consumption comprehensive evaluation framework and energy consumption computational model of cloud resource service based on Internet of things were proposed. All kinds of energy consumption computing matrixes were established under the condition of manufacturing servicers load, no load and additional energy consumption. The computing method of manufacturing service comprehensive energy consumption was given and the key technologies for various levels in energy consumption evaluation framework were analyzed. The manufacturing resources were taken as examples to describe the conceptual model and resource energy consumption information with Physical Markup Language(PML). A manufacturing service unit's comprehensive energy consumption was calculated and a kind of cloud manufacturing resources access and information management system was preliminary designed.
