摘　　要：日本大金公司向中国大陆企业免费开放了他们的有关R32使用的15项基本专利。笔者对此15项基本专利的关键技术给予全面、详细的解读,并从R32技术发展的历史背景与政治背景,评析这15项基本专利的历史作用、现实意义及大金公司的市场策略,抛砖引玉,以便引起国内业内人士讨论,也希望看到日本大金公司专利发明人的评论与指教。In order to assist for China to realize the phase out plan of R22,Japan Daikin compa- ny opens their 15 items of basic patents to Chinese mainland corporations. The key technologies of the 15 items of basic patents are unscrambled in detail, and their historical action, realism meaning and the market strategy of Daikin are analyzed from the history background and political affiliation of R32 technology development. It hopes to bring discussion of professionals at home and abroad and obtain the comment and advice from patents originators of Daikin company.
