摘　　要：介绍安钢拟建1 550 mm冷轧工程连续退火机组活套的构成及机组主要技术参数,对各活套套量进行了分析和计算,确定安全余量,从而验证连续退火机组炉子工艺段能否以最大速度连续稳定地运行.The main technical parameters of the 1 550 mm continuous annealing line（CAL） for cold rolling at AnSteel, and the structure of the line loops were described. The length of each loops was calculated, and the safe length ensuring a stable running of the strap with maximum speed in the l 550 mm CAL worked out in terms of the calculation results.
