摘　　要：本文以国家质检总局植物疫情多指标评价体系为基础,构建了入境旅客携带有害生物传入的风险评估方法,同时采用定量与定性相结合的方法,对上海口岸通航国家或地区的有害生物进行了传入风险评估,并提出可实际操作的分类管理措施建议。Based on AQSIQ multi-index evaluation system of plant pests,we established the method to assess the potential introduction risk of pest from luggage of entry-passengers,and evaluated the potential introduction risk of pest carried by passengers who entry from Shanghai international airport with quantitative and qualitative approaches.The further classified management measures were put forward to use in practical work.
