摘　　要：大型精密仪器设备是高校进行教学、科研和社会服务的重要资源,如何使贵重设备效益最大化已成为高校重点关注的问题,设备购置前论证是合理配置资源和提高投资效益的一个有效途径。探讨目前高校设备购置论证的要素和设备购置审批管理,从而规范购置流程,保证仪器设备资金投入的使用效益。The large-scale precision instrument and equipment is important material conditions of teaching, scientific research and social services to carry out. How to make the benefits of expensive advanced equipments maximized is of great concern, Equipment purchasing demonstration is a usage method to reasonably collocate disturb resource and improve involvement benefits. The article discusses the precaution on equipment demonstration and equipment purchasing approval management to normalize purchasing procession and ensure the benefits of investment.
