摘　　要：随着建筑材料的不断革新,大量新型建筑材料被广泛地运用到建设工程中,为节约能源和成本、改善环境和加快施工进度做出了贡献。我国地域广阔,气候条件变化较大,建筑材料在不同地区应用后也存在不同的效果。文章就东北地区(尤其是吉林省、黑龙江省)建筑排水使用U-PVC聚乙烯塑料管总结几点经验,并分析了建筑排水的设计、构造等问题。With the constant innovation of building materials, a large number of new building materials has been widely used in the construction project, and made a contribution to improve the environment for energy and cost savings, and speeded up the construction progress. China is vast and climate conditions are quite different. Same building material has different effects when applying in different areas. The article summarizes experience of using U-PVC drainage pipe in Northeast China area （especially Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province）, and analyzes the design and structure of building drainage.
