摘  要:为了克服开式齿轮传动系泊绞车效率低、体积庞大且会造成环境污染的问题,提出一种采用闭式行星齿轮传动的新型液压系泊绞车(采用行星齿轮和多组滚动轴承支承,并将闭式传动装置安装在卷筒内)。在介绍绞车结构特点的基础上,分析了针对提升设备应用工况的闭式行星齿轮传动设计,并采用齿轮传动CAD集成系统(ZGCAD)进行了强度与性能校核。试验与用户应用结果表明,该绞车具有结构紧凑、传动效率高、无环境污染的优点,可以推广应用。In order to solve low efficiency, big dimension and environmental pollution problems of open type gear driven mooring winch, this paper introduces a new type of hydraulic mooring winch which is driven by closed type gears. It uses planetary gears and rolling bearings. And the closed transmission drive is installed inside of the drum. This paper introduces the structure of hydraulic winch, and analyses the design of closed type gear transmission sys- tem for lifting applications. The strength and the performance are verified by CAD integration system of gear trans- mission (ZGCAD). Testing result and customers feedback prove that the winch features compact structure, high transmission efficiency, and environment-friendly. It can be used in extensive application.
