芪苈强心胶囊对老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效及血清BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效及血清BNP水平的影响。方法慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者60例随机分为2组:对照组30例给予常规药物治疗;治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊口服(每次4粒,每日3次),疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后心功能分级;分别在治疗前后第2、4周测定血浆BNP水平;应用超声心动图观察左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)和左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)等疗效指标。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(93.3%vs 70.0%,P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗第4周血浆BNP浓度、心脏超声检测指标均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效确切,对血清BNP水平有明显的影响。Objective Observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule to the old patients suffered from chronic heart fai- lure and the level of serum BNP. Methods 60 patients who suffered from chronic systolic heart failure were enrolled and ran- domly divided into 2 groups. The control group consisting of 30 patients who were treated with regular medicine, on the other hand, the treatment group including 30 patients who were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule （four pills for once and three times each day） based on the conventional treatment, and the period of treatment is four weeks. Then evaluated the cardiac function grading before and after the treatment. Then we recorded the standard of serum BNP at the second and fourth week respective- ly. Lastly, we appiled the ultrasonic eehocardiography and observed the efficacy index of LVEF, LVEDd, LVESd. Results The clinical effects of treatment group is obviously superior to the control group （93.9% vs. 70.0%, P 〈0. O1 ） ; the density of serum BNP and heart ultrasonic detection index are all remarkable improved at the fourth week, comparing with the period before the treatment. The differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）, and the treatment group is superior to the con- trol group（ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Qiliqiangxin capsule for the old patients who suffered from chronic heart failure are good, and the influence for the standard of serum BNP is obviously.
