摘　　要：当前,我国建筑行业已步入市场经济并同国际市场逐渐接轨。建筑企业面临着激烈的竞争,企业的利润变得越来越小,项目管理中的成本控制就变得尤为重要,越来越受到人们的关注。但是,现实中企业的项目管理却存在各种各样的问题,直接影响到企业的利润乃至生存发展。因此,必须认真研究工程项目中的成本控制。At present,our country＇ s architecture industry has come into the market economy field and gradually conforms with the international market. The architecture industry is facing the intent competition;the profit of the enterprise gets smaller and smaller, thus the management of cost control of the project gets specially important and is more and more paid attention to by men. However, at present there exist various questions in the project control of the enterprise, which directly affect the enterprise＇ s profit, even its survive and development. So, it is necessary to carefully study the cost control of the engineering project.
