摘　　要：高校科研激励机制不合理是大量学术垃圾产生的关键因素,厘清高校科研劳动的特点,建立完善的科研激励机制,是保证高校科研成果的重要措施。The non - rational incentive mechanism for scientific research of colleges and universities is the key factor that produces great amount of academic trashes in colleges and universities. It is the important measure for en- suring the scientific research results of the colleges and universities to clarify the labor special points of the scientific research of colleges and universities and set up the perfect incentive mechanism for the scientific research.
