摘 要:采用正交试验设计方法,对油茶芽苗砧嫁接育苗的不同品种、接穗处理、嫁接天气3类因素进行试验分析。结果表明:不同品种、接穗处理、嫁接天气影响油茶芽苗砧嫁接的成活率、成苗率、苗木地径和高度;油茶芽苗砧嫁接苗的平均成活率81.1%~86.5%、平均成苗率71.2%~78.3%、平均苗木地径0.301~0.312cm、平均苗木高度8.44~13.77cm。油茶芽苗砧嫁接育苗的接穗处理宜选择B(21芽带1/2叶片),嫁接天气以阴天(C)2为好。The orthogonal experimental design method was adopted and the 3 factors including the varieties of the grafted buds and seedlings of Camellia oleifera,seion treatments and the weather for grafting in the experiment were analyzed. The results showed that the survival rates, plantlet rates, plantlet basal diameters and heights were affected by the varieties, scions treatments and the weather for grafting. The average survival rate, plantlet rate, plantlet basal diameter and height were 81.1%~86.5%, 71.2%~78.3%, 0.301~0.312 cm, 8.44~13.77 cm respectively. The best scion treatment for the bud-stock grafting of Camellia oleifera is B2 (1 buds with 1/2 blade) and the best weather for grafting is overcast (C2).
