摘　　要：以海域使用现状调查省级成果数据为基础,通过对海湾海域使用现状分析,阐述我国海湾海域空间资源开发与利用状况,及开发过程中出现的诸如海湾面积减少、生态环境恶化、海湾资源大量减少等主要问题,并提出一些解决问题的建议,以期为海域使用管理提供借鉴。This paper, based on the provincial survey results, the using status in the gulfs as well as development and utilization situa- tion in China were analyzed. The problems were occurred during the economic development in the gulfs and summarized, such as the reduction of gulf area, environmental degradation, and reduction of the resources in the gulfs. Some suggestions to solve those prob- lems were proposed.
