大学生自主创业问题探析——以新疆国家大学科技园为例

摘　　要：自主创业热潮在当今的经济社会中已经成为一个十分重要并且活跃的现象,在任何行业,都涌现出了自主创业的潮流。而大学生正是这个自主创业潮流的主力军。但是,由于存在各个方面的因素影响,大学生自主创业的现状不容乐观,存在诸多方面的问题。通过对新疆国家大学科技园中的12家大学生创业企业的调研,分析了大学生自主创业存在的问题,对此提出了一些可行的对策。The upsurge self-employment in modem society has become an important and active situation in any industries. Undergraduates are the main force in this field. However, the present situation is not optimistic and there exists various problems affected by all aspects of factors. This paper analyzes the problems existing in undergraduates self-employment and provides some practicable suggests by searching 12 undergraduates self-employment enterprises in the national university science park in Xinjiang.
