摘　　要：《婚姻法解释(三)》意图维护婚姻的神圣性。婚姻是神圣的,它是人类借以延续和发展的主要形式,而随着人类社会的不断发展,以及工业革命对物质生产力的巨大推动,婚姻的神圣性不断被物质所侵蚀。为了修复婚姻的庄严性,《婚姻法解释(三)》为倡导以情感为基础的婚姻而迈出了重大的一步。本文特从《婚姻法解释(三)》的新规定出发,详细论述了《婚姻法解释(三)》中最具代表性的新规定,进而分析了《婚姻法解释(三)》对我国现有社会所产生的影响,并阐述了其不足之处。The intention of Marriage Law explanation is maintaining the sanctity of marriage. Marriage is Divine, it is the main form of human beings in order to be a continuation and development, With the continuous development of human society, as well as a huge boost of the Industrial Revolution on the material productive forces, the sanctity of marriage continue to be eroded. In order to fix the solemnity of marriage, Marriage Law explanation advocate for the marriage emotionally based and has taken a major step. My article specially introduced the new provision of the Marriage Law explanation and then analyzed the Chinese current social impact, and described its inadequacies.
