摘　　要：黄河三角洲作为我国最后一个待开发的大河三角洲,有其发展的优势和劣势,扬长避短需要巨额的资金支持。因此,必须积极探讨有效的筹资方式,建立以政府政策和资金为引导、企业投入为主体,金融贷款为后盾、外资与社会资金并重的开放式、多元化的筹资体系。Yellow River Delta, as the last of China＇s river delta to be developed, has its advantages and disadvantages. It needs huge financial support to avoid weaknesses. Therefore,we must actively explore effective means of financing, establish the open and diversified input mechanism and funding system which is using the government policies and funding as the guide,the business investment as the mainstay,and the financial loans as backing.
