摘　　要：目的:探讨成人尿道下裂术后尿瘘的发生原因和护理对策。方法:总结分析2011年3～12月收治的11例术后发生尿瘘的各类型成人病人的临床资料。结果:经过对尿瘘原因分析,制定相应护理方案,11例尿瘘病人中,6例病人尿瘘自行愈合,其余5例尿瘘无进一步扩大。结论:对于成人尿道下裂术后尿瘘病人准确而及时的原因分析,辅以合理恰当的护理,可以改善成人尿道下裂病人恢复效果和远期预后,为进一步治疗打下基础。Objective：To expore causes of urethral fistula after hypospadias surgery in adults and nursing countermeasures.Methods：From March 2011 to December 2011,we have 11 hypospadias patients age from 16 to 30 years old with urethral fistula occured after operations,we observed the occurrence of complications and evaluated care strategies.Results：Under the reasonable nursing programme,in 11 patients with urethral fistula,6 cases of patients healed themself,the remaining 5 cases has not deteriorated.Conclusion：With accurate and timely analysis,complemented by rational proper care,you can change recovery and long-term prognosis of patients with hypospadias in adult,and lay the foundation for further treatment.
