中药穴位注射防治含顺铂化疗方案病人消化道毒性反应的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:旨在为采用含顺铂化疗方案的病人提供简便、易行的中医药临床护理干预措施。方法:在常规顺铂化疗前30 min进行左右足三里穴位注射艾迪注射液2 ml,以防止顺铂消化道不良反应,阐述穴位注射的临床特点及护理操作的注意事项。结果:顺铂化疗时配合穴位注射,对减轻顺铂化疗消化道副反应效果明显。结论:此方法简便易行,是防治含顺铂化疗方案病人消化道毒性反应的具有中医特色的护理干预手段,值得推广。Objective：To provide with Cisplatin containing chemotherapy regimen in patients with simple,easy and traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing interventions.Methods：In the conventional cisplatin-based chemotherapy before 30 min left and right Zusanli acupoint injection of Addie injection 2 ml,to prevent cisplatin gastrointestinal adverse reactions,the clinical characteristics and nursing care of acupoint injection operation note.Results：Cisplatin chemotherapy combined with acupoint-injection of cisplatin chemotherapy,reduced the side reaction of digestive tract with obvious effect.Conclusion：This method is simple and convenient,is the prevention of cisplatin containing chemotherapy regimens in patients undergoing gastrointestinal toxicity with TCM nursing intervention,is worth popularizing.
