摘　　要：目的:探讨镍钛记忆合金尿道支架修复尿道下裂术后疼痛原因及相关护理对策。方法:选择我科2007年7月～2010年12月应用镍钛记忆合金尿道支架行尿道下裂修复术的患者346例,根据临床表现找出导致术后疼痛的原因,实施针对性的护理及心理疏导。结果:及时采取有效护理措施,使患者疼痛明显减轻,降低了术后并发症的发生,减少患者心理影响,提高患者及家属满意度。结论:及时有效的疼痛护理可促进镍钛记忆合金尿道支架行尿道下裂修复术的患者顺利康复。Objective：To investigate the courses and related nursing care of postoperative pain about the patients with hypospadias repair using niti-alloy stent.Methods：From July 2007 to December 2010,346 patients who underwent hypospadias repair with using niti-alloy stent were investigated for the reasons of postoperative pain according to their clinical maifestations and our clinical experiences,and were adopted the related nursing and psychological care.Results：An effective pain management of patients in time after hypospadias repair reduced postoperative pain and psychological stress significantly about the patients and postoperative complcation rate,and improved the satisfaction degree.Conclusions：Timely and effective nursing care of postoperative pain about hypospadias repair using niti-alloy stent can promote a successful recovery.
