摘　　要：目的:探讨实施护士"包"病人优质护理工作模式的效果。方法:按照层级每位责任护士包3～5例病人,提供连续、规范、全程的护理服务。规范责任护士工作职责、流程及考核标准并将考核标准与护士的绩效挂钩。结果:病人满意度、基础护理、护士知晓病情、健康教育执行、病房环境、医师对护理工作的满意度及医护配合程度均有提高(P<0.05)。结论:实行护士"包"病人优质护理工作模式能有效提高病人满意度、护士的工作主动性及护理质量。Objective：To discuss the implementation of nurse contract patient responsibility quality nursing mode evaluation.Metheds：Every nurse are required to be responsible for 3-5 patients according to their rank,to provide continuoes stanelard the nursing service,requlating the nurse job responsibilities working process and evaluating standard,the result of evaluation connect with the nurse′s remuneration.Results： Significant improvements were observed in the degree of the patients satisfaction,the degree of the rate of the basic nurse implementation,the chaperonage rate,the rate of the nurses′ knowledge to the pathogenetic condition,the implemenlation rate of health instrucion,ward eavironment,nuser′working enthusiasm,the degree of the doctors＇ satisfaction to nusing work,and the degree of the combintion nurses and doctors.Conclusion：The operating model of nurse being responsible for the patients could improved effectively the degree of the patients satisfaction,and increased their go-aheadism for work,and improved the quality of nursing.
