摘　　要：采用统计分析与能值理论相结合的方法对黄河三角洲的风能资源分布和储量进行了研究.通过分析黄河三角洲地区风能资源的禀赋,指出黄河三角洲地区是建立大型风力发电场的理想之地,在此基础上提出了发展黄河三角洲绿色能源基地的构想.Using statistical analysis and energy theory research wind energy resource distribution on Yellow River Delta is studied. This article analyzes the natural endowment of coastal wind resource, then points out that Yellow River Delta it is perfect to build large wind power station on yellow River Delta. Based on this, the notion of developing green resource base on Yellow River Delta is put forward.
