后路脊柱矫形手术术前访视中体位摆放训练的效果

摘　　要：[目的]探讨后路脊柱矫形手术病人术前访视时增加体位摆放训练的效果。[方法]将166例行后路脊柱矫形手术病人随机分为实验组和对照组各83例,对照组给予常规术前访视,实验组在常规术前访视的基础上增加体位摆放训练。[结果]实验组病人术中体位摆放时间明显缩短、医生满意度提高、无体位并发症发生、病人舒适度明显提高,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]术前进行体位摆放训练可缩短术中体位摆放时间、提高医生满意度及病人舒适度、减少体位并发症。Objective：To probe into the effect of placed in position training for preoperative visit of posterior spinal orthopedic surgery. Methods： 166 routine posterior spinal orthopedic surgery patients were randomly divided into experimental group and a control group of 83 patients in the control group were given routine preoperative visits, the experimental group in the routine preoperative visits based on increased postural placed training. Results ：Placed in position in the experimental group patients could make the surgery time significantly shorten, doctors satisfaction improved posture complications, patients＇ comfort was significantly improved, compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion.. placed in position in the preoperative training can shorten intraoperative time and improve doctors satisfaction and patients comfort,reduce postural complications.
