摘  要:在稠油开发过程中,根据SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)对温度动态监测需要,开展了光纤测温技术,该技术避免了热电偶、电子温度压力计测试温度点少的缺点,可有效监测整个油层段温度剖面分布情况。工艺要求光纤在井内要有耐高温能力和连续监测使用寿命,以及配套管柱和地面工艺。因此,如何安全有效的将测温光纤下入水平井目的层段,并能够在注汽、焖井、转抽全过程中实现实时监测,是该技术的重点发展方向。本文主要对光纤性能及在现场实际应用过程中存在的问题和解决办法进行了分析和评价。A technology of optical fiber sensors has been applied to heavy oil development to meet the need of SAGD for dynamic monitor of temperature.A reliable temperature profile monitoring of the whole oil bed can be achieved using the optical fiber sensor which overcomes the shortcoming of insufficient temperature measuring points usually found in thermocouple and electronic temperature and pressure meter.To achieve this goal,the optical fiber sensors need to be of hi-temperature resistance and a lasting continuous monitoring life,together with a supporting string technique and a surface technique in the process of SAGD's application.As a result,the technology of optical fiber sensors needs to focus on an approach to running the optical fiber sensors to the target zone more safely and effectively,conducting a real time monitoring in the process of steam injection,soaking and pumping accordingly.This paper is intended to give an analysis and evaluation to the problems and solutions in the field application of the optical fiber sensors technology.
