摘  要:陆梁集中处理站现有ZTY470MH17×11×8型天然气压缩机两台,其单机日处理天然气量7.5万方,双机可达15万方。陆9井区日产10万方天然气都要经过集中处理站进行气液分离、增压、除杂、脱水处理后外输。由于压缩机处理能力的限制,单机运行不能完成外输任务,双机运行造成"大马拉小车"的浪费现象。为增加单机运行的处理能力,提出将天然气压缩机由三级改为两级以增大其处理量,通过理论分析和软件模拟压缩机的结构改造后处理能力的增加效果、各部位平衡、外输能力以及辅助设备在改造后能否正常运行等可行性分析。There are two ZTY470MH17×11×8 type natural gas compressors in Luliang oil and gas processing station,each of which can process natural gas 75000 cubic meters daily.Lu 9 well area's daily production of 100000 cubic meters of natural gas will be exported after oil and gas processing station for gas-liquid separation,booster,impurity removal,dehydration treatment.Because of the compressor processing limitations,stand-alone operation cannot complete the transportation task,dual operation caused by the 'Mara car' waste phenomenon.In order to increase the processing capacity of single operation,it is put forward that natural gas compressor should be changed from level three to level two in order to increase its capacity,through theoretical analysis and software simulation structure of compressor transformation processing ability,increase the effect of various parts of balance,feasibility analysis transportation capacity and auxiliary equipment after reform.
