广州市番禺区农业用地流转变化分析

摘　　要：在地理信息系统与遥感技术的支持下,对广州市番禺区农业用地流转的空间格局进行了定量分析。结果表明,在城镇用地扩张压力下,1988~2006年农业用地面积急剧减少,其中1988～1995年是农业用地面积减少数量最主要的时期,70%以上农业用地流转为城镇用地;与此同时,其他的土地类型也在向农业用地转化,水域和林地是转化为农业用地的主要土地利用类型。The spatial pattern of cultivated land conversion in Panyu of Guangzhou was analyzed based on GIS and RS tech-nology. The results showed that the agricuhural land area reduced rapidly under the pressure of urban expansion; and the main reducing period was from 1988 to 1995. More than 70 percent of cultivated land was converted to construction sites. Meanwhile, other types of lands, especially waters and forest land were converted to cultivated land.
