麻疯树不同结实性能植株不同部位的酶活性与营养元素含量

摘  要:麻疯树生殖率比较低,即使同样树龄也会出现丰产性能差异,为阐释不同丰产性能植株的内部生理差异,对不同丰产性能的植株,分不同部位采样,进行不同植株不同部位PPO、CAT、SOD、POD、IAAO酶活性以及N、P、K营养元素研究。结果表明,PPO、CAT、SOD酶活性不结实的大于丰产的,POD、IAAO酶活性丰产的大于不结实的;在植株不同部位的分布,PPO、CAT、POD酶活性是植株的上部小而下部大,SOD、IAAO酶活性是植株的上部大而下部小;不同结实性能的植株营养元素N、P、K对比,丰产的明显好于不结实的,其差异显著水平均在α=0.025。Jatropha carcus has low procreation ratio, and same age tree has different yielding ability. In order to elucidate inner physiological differentiation of J. carcus with various yielding ability, the PPO, CAT, SOD, POD and IAAO enzyme activity and NPK content of different parts of J. carcus were analyzed. The results showed that PPO, CAT and SOD enzyme activity of fruitless J. carcus was higher than the ones with high yielding ability, but POD and IAAO enzyme activity on the opposition; PPO, CAT and POD enzyme activity in upper section were higher than the ones of nether section, but SOD and IAAO enzyme activity on the opposition. The contents of nutrient elements N, P and K of J. carcus with various fruit-bearing performances were higher than the fruitless ones, of which the differentiation level was α=0. 025.
