摘　　要：阐述了计划经济体制下电厂电价存在的问题 ,介绍了英国电力市场中上网电价机制的特点 。The problem of power plant in planned economy system is discussed,and the character of spot pricing in UK electricity market is introduced also,the structure of spot pricing and competitive model of power plant are advanced according to our country's situation.
