摘 要:为评价重金属铅对鱼体的毒性,研究了铅对建鲤(Cyprinuscarpio var.Jian)鱼种的急性毒性及亚急性毒性。结果显示:铅的24hLC50为7.44mg/L,48hLC50为6.48mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为0.65mg/L,属于高毒;建鲤鱼种对铅的耐受性低于其他鱼种;亚急性试验过程中,鱼体中铅的含量随浓度的增大而上升,随时间的推移先升高,随后降低至平衡,到50d试验结束时,各铅浓度组鱼体中的含铅量均处于0.3μg/g湿重左右。The acute toxicity and subacute toxicity of lead to juvenile Cyprinuscarpio were studied to evaluate the toxicity of lead to fish. The results showed that LC50 (24 h) and LC50 (48 h) of lead were 7.44 mg/L and 6. 48 mg/L respectively. And the safe concentration was 0. 65 mg/L, lead was high toxic substance. Compared with other fish, juvenile Cyprinuscarpio had a lower tolerance to lead. In the subacute toxicity experiments, the accumulation of lead in muscle increased with the increase of concentration while had a wavy motion by time, and reached the balance in 50 d, then lead content in the three group were all about 0.3 μg/g WW.
