摘  要:土地整理规划设计是实现喀斯特山区土地资源的可持续利用与生态农业安全高效发展的前提和保障,研究喀斯特山区土地整理规划设计对改善喀斯特山区生态农业发展条件和生态环境保护有着重要的意义。研究以贵州遵义县尚嵇镇省级投资土地开发整理项目为例,围绕生态农业发展,具体分析了生态农业发展背景下的土地平整工程设计、农田道路工程设计、农田水利工程设计、农田林网与沃土工程设计,并对该工程设计从农田建设、道路建设、水利设施建设和其他工程建设四方面进行了评价。通过该项目的实施,项目区生态农业的发展条件改变较大,基本农田的面积和质量有了一定的提高,农田灌溉保证率、道路通达度也大幅提高,坑塘整治和农田水利工程得到完善,田、水、路、林得到整治,村容村貌发生了很大变化,美化了农村的生活环境。The land consolidation planning and designing is to realize sustainable land use and ecological agriculture safe and effective development in karst mountainous areas, studying the karst mountainous land consolidation planning and designing for the land consolidation project of effective implementation has important meaning. Taking the land consolidation project in Shangji Town of Zunyi County, Guizhou Province for example, centering on the ecological agriculture development, detailed analysis under the background of ecological agriculture development of smooth land engineering design, farmland path engineering design, irrigation and water conservancy project design, farmland forest tries and fertile soil engineering design were conducted, And the characteristics of engineering design features were evaluated from aspects of farmland construction, road construction, water conservancy facilities construction and other engineering construction. After the implement of this project, the development of ecological agriculture changed greatly, basic farmland area and quality were improved in certain degree, the farmland ensurance probability of irrigation water and road accessibility were improved greatly, swag rectification and development conditions of agricultural hydraulic engineering were perfected, the farmland, water, road and forest were rectified. The village appearance was changed greatly and the rural living environment was beautified as well.
