摘 要:制备了P92焊条的全熔敷金属试样,在625℃最长时间104 h条件下进行高温时效性能试验,研究了P92焊条熔敷金属高温时效时间对冲击韧性和微观组织变化的影响。试验结果表明:P92焊条熔敷金属有明显的时效脆化倾向,时效前后组织中M23C6相和δ铁素体数量无明显变化,MX也非常稳定,104 h时效后在晶界析出了许多明亮的富W和Mo的Laves相,Laves相在晶界析出是熔敷金属高温时效脆化的主要原因。随着高温时效时间的延长,熔敷金属冲击功逐渐降低,在1 000~3 000 h之间冲击功的下降最为显著,之后随着时间延长,下降趋势变缓。The deposited metal of P92 electrode was prepared,and high temperature aging was carried out on the condition of 625 ℃ and 10000 hours at most.The impact toughness and microstrueture before and after aging were investigated.The results show that the deposited metal of P92 electrode has obvious tendency of aging embrittlement, the M23C6 phase and δ-ferrite were hardly increased, the MX phase has great stability before and after aging, and high temperature aging of the deposited metal is caused by the precipitation of Laves phase.With the extension of aging time, impact energy gradually reduced.When aging time is the range of 1000 hours to 3000 hours, impact energy decline significantly, after then impact energy decreased slowly with the increasing of time.
