摘 要:采用ANSYS软件模拟分析5052铝合金在焊接过程中温度曲线的变化及所受外力的变化趋势,以此为基础分析5052铝合金双面搅拌摩擦点焊的显微组织及其对焊接力学性能的影响,对焊点端面和剖面金相显微组织进行分析,研究焊接失效的原因。在研究5052铝合金焊接接头时发现,导致接头失效的主要原因是:在接头的塑性区未能充分熔合,存在细小的裂纹;在动态静止区域有吻接裂纹,是导致焊接失效的主要因素;焊接试样进行拉伸试验时,断裂起始位置一般出现在搅拌区域边缘开始,至熔合区域结束。For the analysis of the microstructure of double friction stir spot welding of 5052 aluminum alloy and its influence on mechanical properties of the welding,the trend of temperature change and the external force change suffered in the welding process of 5052 aluminum alloy were analyzed by using ANSYS simulation software.Using scanning electron microscope,the microstructure was analyzed,the face and cross section organization of solder joints was observed and the causes of failure of welding were researched.During research on welded joints of the 5052 aluminum alloy,it was found that the reasons resulting in poor mechanical properties of welded joints were mainly due to not sufficient fusion in the plastic zone of welded joints and anastomosis crack in the dynamic rest region.The heat affected zone,mixing zone and fusion zone were clearly showed in welded joints organization.During tensile test for welding specimens,the fracture starting position generally was appeared on one side of the mixing zone and ending on the bond area.
