摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度和机械化程度的加大,煤与瓦斯突出的威胁日益突出,为了更加清楚的研究煤与瓦斯突出的机理和过程,对煤与瓦斯突出过程中的主要影响因素进行了分析,认为瓦斯内能是突出的主要能量来源,而瓦斯内能是由瓦斯含量决定的。通过对煤与瓦斯突出过程的孕育、突出发展、突出发生及再发展和突出衰退等阶段的分析,建立了煤与瓦斯突出发展时间矢、预测预警时间矢和应急响应时间矢,并进行了煤与瓦斯突出的时间效应的分析,建立了基于时间效应分析的煤与瓦斯突出管理体系,以提高矿井的抗灾减灾能力。With the increase of mining depth and the increasing mechanization degree of coal mine, the threat of coal and gas outburst is increasingly outstanding. In order to study the mechanism and process of coal and gas outburst more clearly, the main influencing factors of coal and gas outburst were ana- lyzed. The internal energy of gas was considered to be the main energy source of outburst and the inter- nal energy of gas was determined by gas content. Through the analysis of the four stages of coal and gas outburst : inoculation, development, occurrence and redevelopment, decline, the time vector of coal and gas outburst development, the time vector of forecast and precaution, and the time vector of emergency response were established. The time effect of coal and gas outburst was analyzed and the management system of coal and gas outburst was established based on the analysis of time effect.
